Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • A teaspoon of olive oil
  • Chopped winter squash
  • Dijon mustard
  • Peeled garlic
  • Grated ginger

Directions

  • Chop the garlic into fine pieces then sprinkle a teaspoon of salt over it.

  • Beef Tenderloin
  • Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of beef broth
